Some users may need help configuring their computer or LAN to use Bosco’s Screen Share. For a fee, we offer the best one-on-one help available. Some users may want more extensive training so they can get the most out of screen sharing — creative professionals who want to share their work with their clients remotely, etc. For a fee, we offer the best training available as well!

Education Customers
Do you want to deploy Bosco’s Screen Share throughout a lab or a school? Bosco’s Screen Share is really affordable, as in FREE. Purchase our Premium Training service and we’ll spend an hour on the phone with you showing you how to get the most out of the product!

Corporate Customers
Do you want to give each of your employees in your division or company the power to collaborate easily with co-workers and customers? The software is yours for the downloading. We can also provide both group and one-on-one remote training sessions for your people. Basic Configuration Assistance
We offer the Basic Configuration Assistance service because we want everyone to be able to use Bosco’s Screen Share, but we realize that many people are not home networking experts.

When you purchase Basic Configuration Assistance from us, you can expect the following:

  • PayPal will send you confirmation of your purchase, usually within a few minutes.
  • We will schedule a phone call to occur within 3 business days of your request. We do callback assistance, so we will call you to help you configure your router.
  • We will help you set your computer up with a static IP address on your LAN and configure one router. This usually takes 15 to 30 minutes. If you need more extensive assistance, please purchase Bosco’s Screen Share: Premium Configuration Assistance and Training.
In order for us to help you with router configuration, you will need to be prepared with the following:

  • Username and password for your router/Airport.
  • Administrator access to your computer.
  • High speed internet access (DSL/cable) that works while you are talking on the phone.

Currently, we can offer this service in English anywhere in the world that isn’t subject to a United States trade embargo (sorry Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and Eastern Elbonia). Because of time zone differences, your early morning or late evening may be the best time to schedule our phone call.
Premium Configuration Assistance and Training
We offer the Premium Configuration Assistance service for customers who need extensive setup assistance and/or product training to get the most out of Bosco’s Screen Share.

When you purchase Premium Configuration Assistance and Training from us, you can expect the following:

  • PayPal will send you confirmation of your purchase, usually within a few minutes.
  • We will e-mail you by the next business day to schedule a phone call. We will schedule the phone call within 3 business days of your purchase. We do callback assistance, so we will call you to help you configure your router and show you how to use Bosco’s Screen Share.
  • We will help you set your computer up with a static IP address on your LAN and configure up to three routers/Airports as needed.
  • We will demo Bosco’s Screen Share’s interactive features, sharing with both a Mac and a Windows computer.
  • We will show you how to publish your screen to the web using personal web sharing software, if you have such software installed.
  • The configuration and training usually takes about an hour.
