A note about your privacy
Bosco’s Screen Share is an application that shares a picture of your
desktop with friends who connect to you or to whom you connect.
Bosco’s Screen Share also enables remote control of your computer.
When using Bosco’s Screen Share, you should be aware that your friend
can see what you are doing and can control your computer if you allow your
friend to do so.
Bosco’s Screen Share uses a serverless, peer-to-peer protocol to
share screen images. Hutchings Software does not collect or save your
screens, nor do we control your screen, while you are sharing. Unless you
are sharing screens with a partner or employee of Hutchings Software, we
will never see your screen!

Interactions with our server
At startup, Bosco’s Screen Share makes an automatic query of
our web server in order to help the software determine your
Internet IP address so that the software can show you how others
can connect. It also asks the server for links for the “Links”
menu, and an ad for the bottom of the window.
While you are watching or driving a friend’s screen, Bosco’s Screen Share
will periodically query our server for an ad to place at the bottom of your
main window and friend’s screen window.
